THE PEOPLE AND ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN NORTHERN IRELAND
The Conference Report from the P&OD Conference held on 20 October 2015 sets out the proposals for future people and organisation development actions which emerged from discussions in workshops held during the conference. Presentations from the conference can be accessed here.
We have received expressions of interest from a number of council officers who wish to work collaboratively on progressing the range of outcomes from the conference which are set out in the report.
